PRIMARY PURPOSE

        To engage in the general advertising business both as principal and agent, including the conduct of surveys, marketing studies, researches, audio-visuals and short cinemas, counseling, public relations work, preparation and arrangements for advertisements in the various media and the manufacture and construction of advertising devices and novelties; erect, construct, sell, lease, or otherwise acquire fences, billboards, signboards, buildings and other structures suitable for advertising purposes; carry on the business of general advertising, agency work and promotion of products or ideas through the circulation, distribution and display of cards, signs, posters, placards, pamphlets, leaflets, balloons, electric or neon lights, dodgers, slogans, handbills, banners, flags, and pennants on television, radios, newspapers, magazines, periodicals, and other acceptable means and concepts as may be practiced or evolved and by further placing such advertisements in and on railroad cars, streetcars, cabs, and all kinds of conveyances used for passengers or for any other lawful purpose, as well as in the roads and highways, whenever feasible, in any part of the Philippines and elsewhere.
